Portfolio has been built on Richard’s sound background & reputation. He previously started & ran a small refurbishment company mainly focussed on upgrading residential properties as a means towards increasing their heritable value & rental yields. He went on to head up & grow the Maintenance & Renovations Department at DJ Alexander Estate Agents. He is personable & professional, passionate about interiors & thrives on finding solutions & thinking outside of the box.
The personal input of Richard & the services of Portfolio have enhanced the interiors of a great many residential & commercial properties throughout Edinburgh & surrounding areas. From bars, cafes & offices to splendid period homes in the New Town, smaller city apartments & suburban & country properties.
Portfolio is at home in all types of properties & is equally at ease with simple redecoration as it is with the supply & installation of a new bathroom or kitchen or full refurbishments, structural alterations & extensions.
