We are adept at (& indeed revel in) tailoring our services to each client’s individual requirements & often we even introduce ideas to a scheme (& without exceeding budget) that our clients themselves had thought were beyond their realisations.

Our design (residential & commercial) services include:

Consultation, space planning, architect drawings, taking through building warrants/consents, renovation, structural alterations, new kitchens & bathrooms, all other trade, flooring & furnishing services.

Portfolio can advise, draw up plans, liaise with architects & local authorities re all relevant planning consents. Portfolio can fully design your bath, shower or wet room, taking into account how & by whom the room will be used & maximising use of the space. We are not constrained by association to a specific list of suppliers so we are able to create a space unique to your individual requirements & wishes by pulling together materials from any number of different manufacturers & our trade discounts, where available, can, in turn, be passed directly to our clients.

Whether retaining or changing your existing layout, wishing a standard off the shelf kitchen or something truly bespoke, Portfolio can take you through the initial consultation process, assessing your needs, wishes & how the space will be used through to planning (inc 3D drawings), supply & installation. We are able to source kitchens & appliances from every manufacturer & range. Our experienced fitters are adept at working with solid timber & laminate units, laminate, solid wood, granite & marble worktops, all of which, alongside integrated & free standing appliances (inc range cookers, American & Smeg refrigeration units) are easily sourced by us. Flooring, tiling, lighting & even furnishings & artwork are all within Portfolio’s remit so we can bring to realisation your dream space fully completed via our extensive knowledge & ability to source a variety of stylishly individual pieces.
